The Golden Hour refers to the time right after sunrise and right before sunset. It is the perfect time to plan your beach session because the light during this period is much gentler in comparison to the harsh midday sun. The soft Golden Hour light helps minimize squinting, prevents skin tones from appearing washed out, reduces the intensity of shadows, and ultimately enhances the overall beauty of the image.
