Huge thanks to our buddy Jared Brandt, who was on hand to record video for Michael and Summer's wedding last weekend, for sending us this awesome 'Behind The Scenes' clip of Jilly and me working hard for our bride and groom Summer and Michael. Actually, if you look closely at the :40 second mark you will see that ended up laying in the water to nail one our sunset pictures.

Last month WSOS radio asked me to come on air and spend some time talking about what is like to be a wedding photographer here in St. Augustine, Florida. I got to talk a little bit about how I got started in wedding photography, what I am most passionate about and what the craziest part of a wedding day is. Happy Valentine's Day
Around here we are big fans of LOVE. So love day is kind of a big deal (and yes, I have always thought that Valentine's Day was a commercial boondoggle it has roots that go back hundreds of years across a bunch of diverse cultures which makes it awesome).
We wanted to do a special valentine for all of our friends and family this year that felt like the little art projects we did when we were kids but looked awesome and told the story of where we are with our little family / business right now. I think it turned out perfect!
Believe it or not a lot of work goes into a project like this - even one this small. I recorded some behinds the scenes video and sped it up - it is kind of neat to watch it all in fast forward.
